Frank Belatti

Belatti is a Managing Partner and CEO of Equicorp. He is the former Chairman and CEO of AFC Enterprises Inc. (AFCE). He also currently serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Notre Dame. He serves on six Boards of Directors.

Dick Holbrook

Holbrook is a Managing Partner at Equicorp and a 40-year veteran of the restaurant industry. He began his career in franchise and company operations with Arby’s and spent the last 25 years in executive management positions.

Allan Tanenbaum

Tanenbaum is a Managing Partner at Equicorp and the former General Counsel to AFC Enterprises. Prior to joining AFCE, Tanenbaum was in private legal practice for over 30 years, specializing in business transactions.

Fred Beilstein

Beilstein is a Managing Partner at Equicorp and serves as the CFO for the portfolio. Fred is the former CFO of AFC Enterprises, and former CEO of Craftworks, Townsends and Goldco. Fred is also the founder and Managing Partner of The Beilstein Group.

Mike Belatti

Belatti is a Partner at Equicorp and serves as the COO for Irish Beef. He is also the Managing Partner of BFO, LLC, a family fund. Belatti is an experienced international micro-finance entrepreneur and restaurant company operator.

Stephen Tanenbaum

Tanenbaum is a Partner at Equicorp and is currently serving as CEO of his newest startup, Rainbook, a wealth management platform for consumers. He is a co-founder of UGallery, and served as the CEO for 12 years.

Greg Belatti

Belatti is a Partner and General Counsel at Equicorp. He is the COO of Irish Plus and co-founder of B&L Capital. He also serves as the CLO for Irish Beef.

Drew Liggett

Liggett is a Partner at Equicorp and is responsible for marketing activities for the portfolio. He is an experienced sales executive in the fitness equipment and technology industries. He is also co-founder of B&L Capital.

Alyson Watson

Watson is a Partner at Equicorp and serves as the President of Marketing and Real Estate for Irish Plus. She has an extensive background in television production

Jason Watson

Watson is an Advisory Partner at Equicorp and has extensive sales and marketing experience involving the latest technologies in the Pharmaceutical, Hospital and Health Care industries. He is currently a Director at Experian Health Services.

Harold (Sonny) Cohen

Cohen is an Advisory Partner at Equicorp Partners and previously served as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of Popeyes. He is currently a partner in a major Atlanta-based law firm.

Fred Beilstein Jr.

Beilstein is an Advisory Partner at Equicorp and most recently served as the President and COO of ACG Pizza Partners. He served as President and CEO for Goldco LLC.

Terry L. Conley

Conley, CCIM, is an Advisory Partner at Equicorp Partners and is Broker in Charge of TLC - The Location Connection, Inc., providing corporate level real estate services.  Conley has previously served as a senior corporate real estate development executive.

Ellen Weaver Hartman

Hartman is is an Advisory Partner at Equicorp Partners and CEO of Hartman Public Relations in Atlanta. She has 40 years of experience working for Coca-Cola, Burger King, Popeyes, Arby’s, and Chili’s.   She specializes in consumer and B to B communications and is a crisis management expert.
